A Quiet Residential Haven in the Heart of Manhattan

Located between 52nd and 59th Streets along the East River, Sutton Place is a tranquil and homey retreat from the constant excitement of nearby Midtown Manhattan. It has a quiet, residential feel, yet remains surprisingly close to the corporate headquarters of the East Side. The area is home to many longtime residents and businesses, though in recent years it has begun to attract a younger crowd, as well as businesses catering to them. Come explore the Sutton Area… your next home might be waiting just around the corner.

The Community

The Sutton Area offers a quieter and more comfortable feel than many of Manhattan’s more trendy neighborhoods. It’s also got a series of parks along the East River collectively called Sutton Place Park. There are restaurants, bars, and restaurants along First and Second Ave, which draw residents young and old alike. The Sutton East Tennis Club is also located here.

The Homes

The Sutton Area consists of elegant pre-war co-ops, as well as privately-owned townhomes. Prices range greatly, but many of the co-ops and doorman buildings offer fantastic amenities, such as garages, gyms, and rooftop decks with spectacular city and river views. The private townhomes are usually quite luxurious and large.
