I came to New York to visit my parents while my dad was in the hospital. My intentions were to stay for two weeks. When I realized the condition of my father‘s health, I decided to put their house on the market and move them closer to me. Jean Paul Ho restored my confidence in realtors! As a past Mayor of my town in NJ and a 15-year Community Board member in NY, I understand the real estate market better than most. As such, it was mind boggling that my large corner commercial property spanning one half the block where I had treated patients for nearly 4 decades lay vacant, despite having it listed with 3 different brokers over 5 years. At this point I was angry and frustrated that the previous realtors let me down. Then one day while standing in the front of my building, Jean Paul Ho coincidentally passed by my building and assured me that he could sell my building within a month. When we sell our house in Canarsie, we hired an agent from a major franchise for 6 months. The agent only got a very low offer and didn’t sell the house. After that, we contact Jean-Paul and Fillmore Real Estate. They advertised the property on every website and local newspapers. They had open house every weekend and sold the house on the second open house. In order for the faster closing, Jean-Paul helped us to hire a contractor to do a minor construction work in the house and he even helped to pay half of the construction fee. We are very happy about his professional service.

Delores J. Ho, Jean Paul I have also done business with Fillmore Real Estate, specifically with Jean Paul Ho. I must say my experience was far more different. He patiently walked me through every step of the home buying process. He answered my questions, and I had many questions because I was a first time buyer. We live in a busy world, and I'm sure Jean Paul has lots of clients, but if I called and couldn't speak to him, he did return my messages. Jean was very professional and thorough, yet friendly and courteous. He made sure our home was on the market quickly and used many resources to make sure we had multiple listings. I definitely recommend Jean Paul’s Brooklyn Real Estate.

Jean is one of the most knowledgeable agents in Brooklyn and knows the market inside out. He was able to get me multiple offers on my property and we closed fairly quickly. He will guide you through the entire process and will stay on top of things until closing. I would not hesitate to use Jean again and would recommend him to family and friends both for buying and selling.
