A Quiet, Upscale & Artsy Downtown Lifestyle

Bounded by Canal Street, West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street, Tribeca (the Triangle Below Canal) is known for its beautiful architecture, its charming artsy vibe, and its penchant for attracting celebrities. It’s a neighborhood that’s both urban and laid-back, with plenty of greenery and outdoor spaces alongside its modern high-rises and bustling businesses. Despite its prime position in the heart of Manhattan, Tribeca is a bit more relaxed and quiet; there aren’t usually too many congested streets or crowds of people, except perhaps during the famed Tribeca Film Festival.

The Community

Tribeca is a fun-filled, yet cozier and more laid-back slice of Downtown Manhattan living. There are plenty of things to do here—from shops and restaurants (including Robert De Niro’s Tribeca Grill) to galleries and studios of famous artists to beautiful parks. Washington Market Park is a favorite for its amenities, while Hudson River Park offers beautiful skyline views across the Hudson River.

The Homes

Tribeca is known for its lovely architecture—and its sky-high prices. The neighborhood is both charmingly historic and elegantly modern, with towering skyscrapers intermingling gracefully with historic buildings and converted warehouses. It’s no surprise that celebrities like Robert De Niro and Beyonce have chosen to call Tribeca home, but it definitely doesn’t help the price tags!
