Agents and staff of Fillmore Real Estate's Brooklyn offices filled the El Caribe Country Club catering hall last Thursday night for its annual awards ceremony.
The ceremony, "Rise and Shine in 2009" as named by Fillmore Real Estate President John Reinhardt, acknowledged members of the various offices for their amount of sales throughout 2008, introduced new members of the company, and showed appreciation towards office staff.
President Reinhardt brought news of a successful year as Fillmore Real Estate saw a 6% increase in profits throughout 2008 in comparison to losses by competitors such as ERA Realty and Century 21 Real Estate. He used this news to build up excitement around the room for an even more prosperous 2009.
After awards for various monetary sales levels, Jean-Paul Ho and Bert Poux, manager and associate manager respectively, of the 9317 Avenue L Fillmore Real Estate office, garnered the top awards of the night. Avenue L Fillmore Real Estate renewed its long-time run as the top Fillmore Real Estate office by accepting the awards for Most Properties To Go To Contract and Most Properties To Go To Closure.
Jean-Paul Ho thanked Fillmore Real Estate, his agents and staff, and the other offices within the categories for their hard work throughout the year.
