Another Milestone For Brooklyn Real Property
BY Linda Steinmuller - January 22, 2015
Brooklyn Real Property, Inc. (BRP) is expanding – again! Last week, they celebrated the grand opening of their newest office at 4405 Avenue D in East Flatbush. This is the third BRP realty to open since their first office – on Atlantic Avenue – opened in 2012. The Canarsie office followed – opening in 2013 – and now East Flatbush residents have a first-class real estate. Owner and President Jean-Paul Ho told the Canarsie Courier he is looking to open more locations. The successful real estate broker employs between 80 to 100 agents and says he’s blessed to have good people working with him. Ho, who views himself as a pioneer and describes his organization as “your local neighborhood broker,” said, “I want to make the American Dream come true for everyone. Our main objective is to help people, give back and make a difference in the community.” He believes that everyone should own a home and that’s what makes his organization different. They help people attain their dream of home ownership by offering seminars to educate future homeowners on subjects like building credit and increasing their income.
Councilman Mathieu Eugene presented Ho with a City Council Citation for his service and commitment to the community, naming him an “outstanding citizen.” Master Tin Sun, a Feng Shui master, was present for the festivities and offered blessings to all who attended.
Berthony S. Poux was appointed as Manager and Alicia Gordon as Assistant Manager for the East Flatbush site.
